Maharaji was joking that there was a Krishna statue that through an inside job, had a change of clothes, and found itself dressed in perfectly fitting Jeans, a western shirt and a cell phone.
He said it was not well received by the indian devotees, and they must have wanted only telepathy, not telephonie.
He said technology was tailor made for us, and very soon wants it so when an event happens you can immediately pick it up on your iphone, cell, laptop etc. Words of Peace Global was a Gift to us, (from the powers that be) for our efforts, to make the events accessible to anyone, anywhere. M is extremely confident of this strength of Knowledge to work its magic.
The transition is moreso inherent, within us to just manifest our experience, not so much to try and convince, for this experience does speak for itself in terms of energetic radiance.
The warmth of this love is obvious, its source is as a river within, of its own accord it flows, rushes forth from the heart, to us, surrounding and encompassing.
When we individually or collectively get to the point, where that feeling is paramount, not thought, not logic, reasons, questions, but when something else takes over, and we can feel that acceptance as simply as an open conduit, then we have reached that simplicity, that natural order, where we are more then what we appear, more then what we think, more ... for we have risen levels above, and now our perspective rises higher and higher, and we see with the eyes of the supreme within, and we breathe with that force.
Now it is not just that which we ignore, but now there is a focus, for it seems to enter us differently, with more verve, enlivening, awakening, the dream stops, the inconsequential finishes, and we remember, again, that something is going on here with our life, that is much much more then all our chores, and responsibilities, worries, and everything on that to do list.
The sun arises, we can see it, we can actually taste the sweetness, the purity of the water, we are in an accord that unites us.
That union establishes itself within, like God coming to sit down in the armchair of your heart.
It is not imagination, or hope, it is solid, and light enters your cells, and you are strong, for you have affiliated, aligned with grace, and you become the smallest part of, but by doing so, you enter the ocean ... of the infinite.
This is what we are born to recognize. Coming home within becomes the most comfortable, the most safe, the most loving act.
Not moving from where you sit, you close your eyes and expand, past the boundaries of limitation, you are set free.
The world cannot disturb this understanding, it is your foundation, your central core from which all is born, is now and goes back to. How important is this to you? Do you have a thirst to know this reality? Everything outside will change, but within you that stillness, that love, that beauty, can be your constant. When this kindness surfaces, entering your veins, there is nothing else you want to feel. Nowhere to go, but deeper into this embrace. So stop for some moments, and retreat back to yourself.
Sometimes you get so blown away, you need to pull over, for it is so strong, that it actually pulls you over.
That is what is happening, besides the endless news of this and that, and that and this and ever ending barrage of trivia, take a little space to enter the timeless, the measureless, the incomprehensible, the indomitable, the bliss of this knowing, and the absolute excitement of having a master who reminds us to enter this stream and just go swimming.

This just in from Jule Lawson, Corleone, Italy: 1:43 am
www.intuitivecounselorjule.com
"Corleone is a small town. The bus ride, from Palermo, took a little more than an hour and the route was lined with grapevines, hayfields, mountains, and a picturesque countryside. Grown men, baling and stacking hay, waved at our bus -- the way children wave to train engineers in rural areas.
The Corleone town square, named for two men, many years ago, who were shot for standing up to the Mafia, was smaller than a football field. The local organizers said the event could have been held indoors, but they wanted it in the open air so everyone in town could attend.
The dignitaries, in attendance, numbered about 50 dark-suited men. After meeting with Maharaji in a government building just up the street from the square, they followed him -- in a procession -- as he walked to the square.
The people of the town, standing on their balconies overhanging the square, cheered -- while mothers with small children waved and smiled. A glowing Maharaji smiled and waved back. The mayors of many surrounding municipalities radiated a beautiful pride as they filed into their seats.
During the event more and more people entered the square. Even the scrawny town dogs couldn't stay away! Looking at the old men sitting in front, their places of business and homes at the edge of the square, brought to mind the old photos of Italian communities in New York in the early 20th century.
Huge posters announcing the event were all over town and a car with a loud speaker drove around, inviting people to the square before the event began.
Before Maharaji spoke, local dignitaries got up and made many references to the infamy of Corleone and the Mafia. One very shy man mentioned that he was working on returning land to its rightful owners that had been confiscated years ago.
Before Maharaji began his talk, each dignitary offered a warm expression of gratitude -- mentioning how glad they were that Maharaji had come to Corleone to plant the seeds of Peace.
Here's what I remember Maharaji saying at the event...
He explained that what you practice you will get good at. If you practice kindness, you will get good at kindness. If you practice anger you will get good at anger.
He then spoke of a famous archer who would shoot an arrow high into the air and, while it flew, would split the arrow with a second one. The archer demonstrated this for a bunch of people one day and a single voice from the crowd would repeat "It is just a matter of practice."
After the demonstration, the archer approached the heckler and asked him if he knew how difficult it was to perform his arrow-halving feat.
The man replied "Yes, I do -- but it is just a matter of practice. Follow me".
He then took the archer to a place where he worked filling bottles with oil. The man placed a Chinese coin, with a hole in the center, over the top of bottle. He then took a ladle of oil and proceeded to pour the oil into the bottle without spilling a single drop on the coin!
"It's just a matter of practice," he repeated once again.
Maharaji then spoke about the fact that it is human beings who have created the problems we face and that it is human beings who will resolve them. He spoke of the equanimity of nature which does not say, "I do not like you... no fruit will grow for you".
He spoke of how clouds are created and noted that wars are not created in the same way -- that they begin in the minds of men.
Towards the end of the event, Maharaji expressed how important it was for the Coreleone residents not to dwell on their past, but to look to the future.
He went on to say that people from "tiny villages in India" to cities all around the world would soon be seeing the video of this event, and that the people of Corleone should be proud to know that everyone will be speaking of their town as a place that truly embraces peace and sows it seed.
At that point, everyone stood up and cheered.
The mayor thanked Maharaji again and, instead of referring to him as Mr. Rawat or Prem Rawat, embraced him and called him the Maestro of Peace.
It started late, about 8:45 PM and the hall was very hot.
Everyone was fanning themselves with the programs and
anxious to
see Maharaji.
He walked down the center isle to a huge welcome
and then sat in the front row while the MC introduced the
politicians and Maharaji in Italian. I was sitting next to
Jorge from Spain and every once in a while he would tell us what
the MC was saying and it was all very formal. The Mayor of Palermo
was there the Minister of Justice was there and the Mayor of
Corleone was also there.
They all spoke in Italian and there weren't many
headsets from Italian to English so not sure what was said
but there was a lot of applause.
When Maharaji was introduced everyone stood and gave him
extended applause.
He began by talking about how many reasons people
couldgive as to why it was impossible for there to be peace. He
said if you were really good you may come up with 10. If you
were really, really good you may come up with 100 reasons why
there could not be peace in the world. Then he said he could come
up with 6.7 billion reasons why we need peace. That's the
population of the world, rounded off.
Then he said that when he reads something or hears
something that he likes, he takes it and makes it his own. He doesn't
care if you're a hindu, a muslim, a christian or an atheist, ifhe likes
it, it's his. So he read something he really liked and
this is what it is; if you are strong, you should be kind; if you
are smart, you should be simple; if you are wealthy, you should
be humble. Then he described how nations should adhere to
this. The
strong nations should be kind, the wealthy nations should
be humble and the smart nations should be simple. He used
examples for each but the main one was it was simple to make sure
people had enough to eat and enough fresh water to drink and that
is his effort with The Prem Rawat Foundation. He also said that
having enough to eat was not an option, having water to drink was
not an option and having peace in your life is not an option,
it's a necessity.
There was a large screen behind him and you could see the
perspiration on his forehead as he was speaking.
He only wiped his eyebrows once and in a very unobtrusive manner but as
soon as he finished speaking he took out a handkerchief and wiped his
brow. It was really hot in the room and I'm sure he would have
spoken longer if it hadn't been so uncomfortable,
but he spoke for about 25 minutes (I'm guessing). It was beautiful
and very politically correct and they gave him some awards and the
Mayor of Corleone mentioned they were going to give him the key
to the city.
Before we knew it, it was over and we all shuffled out into
the night where it was hot but a lot cooler than in the Teatro
Massimo.
He said a whole lot more but this is what I
remember right now.
